We opened the window and... that was a bad idea. Rue's not feeling well. She said she feels really faint. Did she catch the flu? I didn't know people could get sick here...

Is she going to die? I don't want her to. I don't want anyone to be this way...

What should I do to help her? This is scary...

The floor is becoming more wet. The carpet's going to be ruined soon. I hope Rue doesn't get mad. It doesn't seem to be stopping.

It's dark in here. So dark and lonely. This is scary. So scary... I don't want to be alone in the darkness.

That dream I had... was like this. It was dark and cold. There were... black feathers and raven's cawing. I've never even seen a real raven before, but the sounds they make are awful. So loud. So scary.
